3 Way Chocolate Brownies

This recipe was mad for my brother Addison, he loves anything chocolate! I wanted them to be extra chocolaty but also healthier than a normal brownie. I double this recipe because Addison always wants more!

Ingredients

cup avocado oil
3/4
cup sugar

TBLS vanilla

large eggs
1/2
tsp baking powder
1/3
cup cocoa powder
1/4
cup almond milk
1/2
cup whole wheat flour
1/2
cup dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup dark chocolate chips
1/2
TBLS coconut oil
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 F
2.
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, and Vanilla in a large bowl.
3.
In the microwave melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips whisk until combined.
4.
Add the meted chocolate mix and the almond milk to the large bowl. Whisk until combined.
5.
Double sift the flour to get the big clumps out.
6.
Add all the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
7.
Fold the chocolate chips in.
8.
Spray and line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and bake for 10 mins. (use a 9x13 pan if doubling recipe and bake for 27 mins)
