Cauliflower Chowder

Vegan & Gluten-Free! A heavy meal that will keep you warm and full on a cold day. Still working out the specifics of this recipe, let me know of any tweaks that work better!

Ingredients

cups cauliflower
2
cups vegetable stock

cup almond milk
1
tsp salt
1
tsp white pepper
1
cup white onions, chopped
3
tsp garlic, chopped
1
cup purple cabbage, sliced
Directions
1.
Chop up cauliflower and boil until soft.
2.
Saute onions and garlic.
3.
Saute purple cabbage, set aside.
4.
Combine boiled cauliflower, onions, garlic, salt, white pepper, almond milk, and vegetable stock in blender. Blend until smooth.
5.
Add cabbage as garnish.
