Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Yum, here is an easy appetizer that will often leave you with an empty dish to take home. We have always bought this when we are out at restaurants, so I thought I would figure out how to make it on my own. I have found it is near impossible to screw up. I usually bring along an edible dipping utensil, with my favorite being toasted french baguette slices.

Ingredients
1
(12 oz) jar of marinated artichoke hearts diced
1
(8 oz) package of cream cheese
1
container of frozen spinach (thaw this partly then chop up finely)
1
cup of mozzarella
1/2
cup of parmesan cheese
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350.
2.
Combine all ingredients into a small to medium casserole dish.
3.
Mix until evenly blended.
4.
Place in oven and bake until the very top starts to get golden brown.
5.
Serve or refrigerate (I often make this ahead of an event and just reheat in the microwave right before)
