Crockpot Green Chile Chicken

Great in a tortilla or over rice!

Ingredients
crockpot
4
boneless skinless chicken thighs, thawed {you could also use chicken breasts, but the thighs will give this recipe some fabulous flavor
1
can (4 oz) green chiles
2
Garlic Salt
optional: add in diced onions for some extra flavor
Directions
1.
?Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 3 hours {covered}
2.
After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot
3.
Mix together green chiles and garlic salt. {and optional onions}
4.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}
5.
Remove chicken from crockpot, and shred with a fork.
6.
Serve with all the fixins for tacos, or wrapped up in burritos. YUM!
