No Knead Honey Oatmeal Bread

Tastes like you slaved all day but you didn't. It is so easy!

Ingredients

cups water, divided
1
cup oats
1/3
cup margarine
1/3
cup honey
1
tbsp salt
2
active dry yeast
1
egg
5
cups flour
Directions
1.
In saucepan, bring 1 c. water to boiling.
2.
Stir in oats, salt, margarine and honey.
3.
Cool to lukewarm.
4.
Heat remaining water to 110 degrees and dissolve yeast. Add a pinch of sugar to the yeast so it dissolves better.
5.
In kitchen Aid mixing bowl, combine yeast mixture, oat mixture egg and 2 c. flour. beat on 2 until all ingredients are blended.
6.
Add rest of flour, 1/2 c. at a time, till all blended.
7.
Grease two 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 loaf pans and divide batter evenly between the two.
8.
Cover and let rise until double, about 35-45 minutes.
9.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack. Makes 2 loaves
