Breakfast Burritos

A quick and nutricious breakfast.

Ingredients

eggs
2
cups chopped sausage
shredded colby- jack cheese
salsa
4
tortillas
Directions
1.
Scramble eggs in pan.
2.
Add sausage and hat through.
3.
Warm tortillas in microwave.
4.
Sprinkle cheese in middle of tortilla.
5.
Place egg mixture ontop- about 1/2 c.
6.
Place 2 T. salsa on top.
7.
Roll tortilla and serve.
