Pistachio Truffles

Ingredients

gr of raw pistachios
45
gr of shredded coconut

gr of coconut oil

gr of agave syrup

gr of chocolate (can be substituted with cocoa or carob powder)
Directions
1.
Grind the pistachios with coconut, add some oil and sweetener, process until the substance gets very thick and sticky. Form little balls, freeze for 10-20 minutes, melt the chocolate and dip the truffles.
2.
Decorate with chopped pistachio, keep refrigerated.
3.
If you’re using cocoa or carob powder, you may process it with the rest of the ingredients or to coat the truffles with it."
4.
Cook Time = Freeze Time.
