Very Raspberry Pie

Fresh raspberries in season make this delectable!

Ingredients

cups fresh raspberries
1
cup sugar
3
tbsp cornstarch
1/2
cup water
1
cup light whipped topping
8
fat free cream cheese, softened
1
cup 10x sugar
1
graham cracker crust
Directions
1.
Mash about 2 cups berries.
2.
Place in saucepan, add cornstarch, sugar and water.
3.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
4.
Cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
5.
Beat whipped topping, cream cheese and 10x sugar. .
6.
Spread onto crust and top with remaining berries.
7.
Pour remaining sauce overtop.
8.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
