Chicken Chili

A yummy crockpot meal for cold days.

Ingredients

can black beans (rinsed)

can corn, undrained
1
can rotel, undrained
1
package dry ranch dressing

tsp cumin
1
tbsp chili powder
1
tsp onion powder
8
oz light cream cheese
2
chicken breasts
1/4
tsp cayenne pepper
1/2
tsp garlic powder
1/2
tsp pepper
1
cup diced onion
1
tbsp olive oil
2
garlic cloves, minced
Directions
1.
In a large skillet, heat oli and cook onions for 8 minutes, then add garic and cook for one minute

Set your crockpot to low and add everything except cream cheese,

Stir
4.
Add cream cheese on top and cook for 6-8 hours
5.
Before serving shred chicken using forks.
