In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir in the soup mix, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, artichokes, and half of the cheese. Spray a slow cooker with nonstick spray.

Spread the artichoke dip in an even layer and top with the remaining cheese. Cover and cook HIGH for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with french bread.
