(10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

cup mayonnaise or sour cream

cup shredded swiss cheese

cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Use a 2-quart slow cooker, or an oven-safe casserole dish inside of a 6-quart slow cooker. Take the time to squeeze out any additional moisture from the drained spinach, and place it into a large mixing bowl. Add chopped artichokes, mayonnaise or sour cream, and cheeses. Stir well to combine. Add the dip mixture to the insert, or to the dish.

Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or on HIGH for about 90 min. Serve hot.
