Baked Protein Apples

With fall time coming, fresh apple pie comes to mind, with it's cinnamon sweet goodness. This is a healthy twist and filling breakfast, for your sweet tooth needs.

Ingredients

Medium Sized Apple
1
tbsp of Almond Butter
1
Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1
tsp of Cinnamon
1
tsp of Pumpkin Spice
OPTIONAL:
handful of Roasted Cashews
Fruits
Coconut
Directions
1.
Set Oven to 350
2.
Carve the insides of the apple out and place in small bowl
3.
Mix in protein powder, almond butter, apples, spices and water till desired consistency
4.
Place filling inside apple, layering with desired toppings
5.
Place on baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes
6.
Serve!
