Ingredients

cup nonfat yogurt (preferably Greek
1/2
of a cucumber
1
large garlic clove
handful of dill
black pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Place yogurt in a bowl. Crush garlic clove and combine well with yogurt.
2.
Dice the cucumber and chop the dill. Add to yogurt, along with black pepper. Stir well.
