Rosemary Sriracha Chicken Thighs

A spicy and flavorful dish well worth the time it takes to make. Very good served with brown rice and green beans tossed in soy sauce. Great on the grill!

Ingredients
1/4
cup Plain yogurt

tbsp olive oil
2
tbsp fresh lemon juice
2
tbsp rosemary, chopped
2
tbsp sriracha
2
cloved garlic, minced
1/2
tsp Salt
1/4
tsp Pepper
4-5
chicken things, bone in/skin on
Directions
1.
Whisk yogurt, oil, lemon juice, rosemary, sriracha, garlic, S&P in a bowl until well blended.
2.
Place chicken in a large plastic bag and pour marinade over it, turning to coat. Marinate at least an hour.
3.
Arrange things in a single layer on a baking dish and pour remaining marinade over thighs.
4.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes, baste periodically during cooking, until skin crisps and browns.
5.
(Grill instructions: Follow original recipe but double marinade, reserving 1/2 for basting on grill)
