Creme Puffs

Ingredients
1
cup cup water
1/2
cup vegan butter
1
cup cup gluten free flour
4
eggs
filling
1
cup whipped cream
1
tsp organic sugar
1/2
tsp vanilla
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 400 degrees
2.
Combine water and butter saucepan over medium heat until melted
3.
Remove from heat and add flour until completely blended
4.
Add one egg mixing with a spatula until all the ingredients are blended
5.
Spray Pam into a silicone small cupcake tray and place in the oven for 30

minutes.
7.
Remove and allow to cool
8.
Cut in half but not all the way through.
9.
Fill with cream and decorate with powdered sugar

Filling:

Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whip until stiff
12.
Place into the refrigerator until you are ready to add to cream puffs
