Sweet Onions And Pepper Stir Fry

I love this recipe because I love a good stir fry. If you serve this stir fry with just a bit of brown rice you should be sticking pretty close to your low carb life style. It is amazing in flavor!

tbsp Butter

cup sliced onions

red pepper, sliced

green pepper, sliced
sweet mustard sauce
1/2
cup Splenda
1
tbsp prepared mustard
1 1/2
tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2
tsp salt
1/8
tsp black pepper
Directions
1.
Sweet Mustard Sauce: In small bowl, combine SPLENDA® Granular, prepared mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2.
In electric wok or large electric skillet, melt butter. Add onions; fry until barely tender 2 minutes. Add red and green peppers; fry until barely tender 2 minutes.
3.
Stir in Sweet Mustard Sauce until heated through.

Yield: 10 servings
