Seriously if you don't have these in your recipe collection, then you probably don't every bake. I actually hesitate to even put these up because they are such a staple. Basically the cookie is to peanut butter what spritz are to Christmas. I saw them all the time, I ate them all the time but when I learned they only contained 3 ingredients I was floored. I have the recipe memorized and so should you! Because in under 15 minutes you can have warm fresh cookies. I even gave half of my batch a chocolate dip, quickly an approved addition by my wife.
