Grandma's Dairy Noodle Kugel

This Fox family favorite has been a staple for break-fast meals and dairy brunches for years. Don't even try to make it "light" or "healthy"!

Ingredients
Kugel:
1
lb broad noodles, cooked and drained
1
cup granulated sugar
1/2
lb butter (reserved 4 T. for topping)
6
eggs, beaten
1
pt sour cream
3/4
lb cream cheese
Topping:
4
tbsp sugar
4
tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2
cups corn flake crumbs
Directions
1.
Mix eggs, sour cream, sugar and butter (except for 4 T.) Add cheese and mix with noodles.
2.
Pour into greased 9.13.2 pan.
3.
Combine topping ingredients and spread on top of kugel.
4.
Cover and set in refrigerator for 3to 4 hours.
5.
Remove kugel from refrigerator and Preheat over to 350.
6.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
