Naan

Serves 12people
Ingredients
3/2
cups warm milk
1/2
tsp dried yeast
1
tsp sugar
1
tsp salt
3.5-4
cups plain flour
Directions
1.
Add yeast and sugar to warm milk. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes.
2.
Add salt and 3.5 cups of flour. Knead for 3 minutes and add additional flour if needed.
3.
Allow to rise for 2 hours in a warm spot.
4.
Punch down and divide into 12 even pieces.
5.
Form into balls and allow to rise for 30 minutes. At this stage you can freeze them.
6.
Knead once more and roll into the desired shape and thickness, then cook in a hot pan with oil (when bubbles rise on the naan, it's ready to flip over)
