Overnight Salad

Ingredients

bag butter lettuce or Boston Bibb lettuce, torn
1/2
pt chopped grape tomatoes
1
small onion, sliced and separated into rings

cup frozen peas (about 10 ounces)

cup mayonnaise

tbsp sugar
1
cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

cup dried cranberries
Directions
1.
In a 4-qt. or 13x9-in. glass dish, layer the first four ingredients. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sugar; spoon over salad, spreading to cover.

Sprinkle top with cheese, bacon and cranberries. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
