Seafood Extravaganza

This is an expensive recipe so you should prepare it for people who really appreciate seafood and like to eat informally at a big picnic table with butcher block paper rolled out. Once the food is done, dump in it the middle of the table and set out the butter melted into multiple bowls with plenty of salt and pepper. Serve with beer and a great crusty baked garlic bread.
