Best Ever Turkey Chili

There's nothing like a bowl of chili on a cold winter's night. This one always hits the spot!

Ingredients

tbsp olive oil
1
onion, chopped
5
cloves garlic, minced
2
bell peppers, seeded & chopped
1
jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
1
lb ground turkey
1
lb turkey italian sausage
2
tbsp chili powder
2
red pepper flakes
1
tbsp paprika
1
tbsp ground cumin
2
dried oregano
1
tsp black pepper
1
envelope hot chocolate mix
2
seasoned salt
1
tbsp worcestershire sauce
1
tsp liquid smoke
2
cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1
can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1
can (15 oz) kidney beans
1/2
cup beer
1
can (15 oz) whole kernel corn
1
tsp siracha chili sauce
Directions
1.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onions & peppers until onions are tender. Add garlic and saute 1 minute longer. Add in the ground turkey and turkey sausage, continue to cook until meat is browned through.

Add all remaining ingredients, except corn and siracha chili sauce to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and partially cover & cook for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.
Mix in the corn and siracha chili sauce, then simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
