Banana Bread

Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and/or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts to make extra special! *You can also use the same recipe but substitute zucchini instead of banana!*

cup vegetable oil

cups white sugar

cups mashed banana

tsp vanilla extract

cups all-purpose flour

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp baking soda
1/4
tsp baking powder
1
tsp salt
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy. Mix in oil and sugar. Stir in banana and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, salt and nuts; stir into the egg mixture. Divide batter into prepared pans.
3.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done.
