Seafood Boil

This is perfect for large get-togethers with friends! Just roll up your sleeves and use your hands!

Ingredients
1
pkg Crab Seasoning
1
lb Baby red potatoes, washed and whole
6
ears Fresh corn, shucked and cut in half
1
whole Head of garlic, cut in half
1
(40 oz) Beer, preferably Budweiser
2
pkg Smoked kielbasa, chopped
6
Fresh Lobsters
3
lb White shrimp, shells on
3
lb Alaskan Crab legs
3
lb Fresh clams, rinsed
3
lb Fresh PEI mussles, rinsed
1
lb Butter, melted and distributed into 4 small bowls
The seafood and beer of your preference can be used in this recipe.
Directions
1.
Place a pot, large enough to cook 6 whole lobsters in, over medium heat and fill half way with water.
2.
Add crab seasoning, garlic, and sausage and bring to a boil.
3.
Add whole potatoes, cooking until half way tender, then add corn.
4.
When corn is cooked, remove corn and potatoes from pot and set aside, leaving garlic and sausage in the pot.
5.
When liquid returns to a boil, add whole live lobsters, and cook until lobsters turn completely red.
6.
Remove lobsters and set aside. Add beer to cooking liquid, and add all of the remaining seafood and cook untill clam and mussel shells are opened and shrimp has turned pink.
7.
Scoop out all remaining seafood onto large platter, divided into 4 large bowls and place in the middle of the table.
8.
Enjoy seafood with melted butter, flaked sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
