Preheat the oven to 425 F. Add all the ingredients together. Mix slowly at a low-medium speed for 3-4 minutes. Pour into a 9-inch gluten-free pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the oven down to 350 F. Bake for another 45-50 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
