tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

cloves garlic

tbsp avocado oil

gr chopped cilantro

bay leaves

tbsp chili powder
Serve with fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, sour cream and avocado
Directions
1.
Saute peppers, onions, and garlic in avocado oil.
2.
Add broth, tomatoes, spices, beans, and cilantro
3.
Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for about 1 hour (until veg is tender)
