Garlic Hummus

Yummy but it'll be sure to keep the vampires away!

Ingredients

garlic cloves

tbsp (1 tsp) extra virgin olive oil
1
can (19 oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
1/4
cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
3
tbsp sesame tahini
3
tbsp water
1
tsp salt
1/4
tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
1.
In a food processor, finely chop chickpeas and garlic.

Add lemon juice, tahini, water, salt, cayenne pepper, and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Process until texture is light and fluffy but not entirely smooth, about 2 minutes.
3.
Add rest of oil and process until smooth
