Gravalax Salmon, Spring Greens And Creme Fraiche With Dijon

This is a wonderful recipe, but not for everyone. First, you must love gravalax salmon and have a good place to purchase it. The salmon must be very thinly sliced and then add the incredible dressing with greens and voila you have a wonderful salad.

Ingredients
Recipe for 4 People

Red onion rings

Slices each for each person of Salmon
1/2
cup of greens for each person
1/4
tsp of capers
1-2
tbsp of dressing (recipe follows)
Dijon crème fraîche dressing
200
ml crème fraîche
1
tbsp Dijon mustard
1
tsp cider vinegar
1
tsp sugar
salt and black pepper, to taste
Mix together and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Directions
1.
Place the salmon in the center of the plate
2.
Add the Greens
3.
Distribute the capers and red onion throughout the greens
4.
Add the dressing on top and serve immediately.
