Cinnamon Roll Fudge

Ingredients
2/3
cup evaporated milk
1 2/3
cups granulated sugar
1
tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 1/2
cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2
cups white chocolate chips
1
cup cinnamon chips
Directions
1.
Melt cinnamon chips in a heat safe bowl on top of a small pot of simmering water (not boiling). Do not let the hot water touch the bowl. Take bowl off when cinnamon chips are melted and put aside.
2.
Put marshmallows and white chocolate chips in large mixing bowl,set aside.
3.
Bring milk, sugar,vanilla and salt to boil on medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Pour over marshmallows and white chocolate chips.stir until all combined and the chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
5.
Pour 1/2 fudge mixtureinto a lined 8x8 baking dish. Line the pan with parchment paper, sprayed with cooking spray ( I did not need to do this).
6.
Spoon small dollop on 1/2 of the melted cinnamon chips onto the bottom of fudge mixture. Continue with the rest of the fudge mixture and finish off with the rest of the melted cinnamon. Glide a knife all through the fudge to make swirls.
7.
Place in the refrigerator to set up for atleast 2 hours or set overnight at room temperature before cutting into pieces.
8.
May be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days in a closed container. Enjoy!
