Chocolate Layer:

tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

tsp vanilla extract

cup Swerve confectioners sugar
Peanut Butter Layer:
2
tbsp coconut oil melted
4
tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
1/4
tsp vanilla
1/4
cup Swerve confectioners sugar
Directions
1.
Chocolate Layer
2.
Combine all ingredients for chocolate layer, stir until smooth.
3.
Pour into muffin cups (or silicone candy mold) and freeze about 10 minutes.

Peanut Butter Layer
5.
Combine all ingredients for peanut butter layer.
6.
Pour on top of chocolate.
7.
Freeze until firm.
8.
Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to eat
