Super Easy Pasta & Meatballs

Alternately, the sauce could be simmered in a pot for 30-45 minutes, until meatballs are tender. Serve with a caesar salad to complete the meal.

Ingredients

-lb lean ground beef
1/3-1/4
cup fresh bread crumbs (I buzz 1 slice bread in the blender until fine)

tsp garlic powder (or one clove garlic pressed)
1
tsp paprika
1/3
cup onion, diced fine
1
tsp dried parsley
2
tsp worchestershire sauce
1
tsp milk

oz can stewed tomatoes (half)
26
oz can pasta sauce (half)
2-3
cups cooked pasta (Any kind is good)
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix first eight ingredients together in large bowl until just combined. Over mixing will make the meatballs tough.

Roll into 20 1-inch balls and place on parchment or foil-lined cookie sheet and bake 15 mins.

Let meatballs cool for about 15 mins.

Place meatballs in crockpot stone wear (Make sure its removable from the crockpot base).
6.
Mix tomatoes and sauce (freeze the remainder of the sauce for another use). Pour over meatballs. Gently toss to coat.
7.
The next morning take it out of the fridge and place in crockpot. Cook on LOW for about 5-6 hours.
8.
Cook pasta, and serve sauce over top with grated parmesan cheese.
