Egg Rolls

great served with rice and duck sauce

Ingredients
pack of egg roll dough
pack of ground beef
pack of coleslaw
soy sauce
vinegar
Directions
1.
in a saucepan add a touch of olive oil, sauté meat and a touch of salt, pepper, and paprika. mix on medium heat until meat looks almost ready. then add the cole slaw, about 4 bottle caps of vinegar, and 5-6 tbsp of soy sauce. mix together for about 10 minutes. let it cool. place portions of the mixture in the egg roll dough. roll it as directed on the box. (keep water next to you to dip your fingers in to seal the roll) in a pot heat up oil on medium heat and fry the egg rolls on both sides.
