Chopped Chicken Bbq & Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

cup sugar free or low sugar BBQ sauce (recipe suggests Stubbs-Original)
1/2
cup tomato sauce
2
tsp whole grain or Crole mustard
1
tsp Tony Chatcheras Creole or Cajun seasonings
1 1/4
lb of lean ground chicken (or turkey)
1/2
cup thinly sliced green onion
4
large romaine lettuce leaves
1/4
cup Bolthouse Farms Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing
Directions
1.
Blend BBQ sauce,tomato sauce,mustard sauce,Creole seasoning,and 1/2 cup water to skillet over medium high heat.
2.
Add chicken and allow it to warm and melt into the sauce as it cooks. This will give it a finer texture. Simmer until water has reduced and sauce has thickened.
3.
Fill each romaine leaf with the chicken mixture and drizzle with the prepared dressing.
