In a saucepan add the butter, salt and light brown sugar in a sauce-pan. You need to stir constantly to make sure it doesn't burn! Use a candy thermometer to watch the temperature. When it hits 290 degrees F take it off the heat... be very very careful.

Pour out the candy onto the almonds.

Get a metal spatula and dip it into hot water to spread the candy evenly across the almonds.

Let it stand for a few minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate and add it on top of the candy.

Sprinkle the rest of the almonds on top and lightly press them down.
