Open Mushroom Spanakopitas

This recipe is so yummy! It is a savory snack that is great for parties that looks and tastes awesome!!

Ingredients

Brown Mushrooms
1
rectangular sheet of puff pastry
1/3
cup of cream cheese
1 1/2
Tbls sour cream
2
tbls grated parmesan
1/4
cup of grated asiago cheese
2
eggs (one for cheese mix, one for pastry)
salt and pepper
chives
2
garlic cloves
parsley
2
Tbls olive oil
chives
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 375 F
2.
Cut the puff pastry into 9 squares and fold the edges up to make a barrier and poke with a fork.
3.
Beat the egg and brush it onto the pastries. Cook them until they are a golden brown.
4.
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and parmesan.
5.
Add the oil and pressed garlic to a pan until cooked, then add the mushrooms, and stir them into the cheese mixture. Lightly fold the parsley into the mushrooms.
6.
Get the puff pastry and put the mushrooms ontop.
7.
Add the chives and the grated asiago cheese.
8.
Cook them again for 15 minutes at 350 F
9.
Cool and Enjoy!
