Pancetta Crisps With Goat Cheese And Pear

This is a great appetizer/finger food recipe for a party – no utensils required; you can grab and eat the slices of pear all with your hands. It’s a fall recipe (pears) and it’s got a totally yummy.

thin slices pancetta
1-2
bartlett pears
4
oz crumbled goat cheese
freshly cracker pepper
honey
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 450F.

Arrange pancetta slices in a single layer on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
3.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
4.
Core pear with an apple corer. Cut pear crosswise into thing rings. Arrange on a serving platter. Top evenly with pancetta and goat cheese; sprinkle with pepper.
5.
Drizzle with honey just before serving.
