Cilantro Puree

This is so so so YUMMY! Every time I make this it is gone so fast. it is so healthy and tastes even better.

Ingredients
4
bunches of cilantro
2
avocado
1
squeezed lime
4
tbls avocado oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.
In a blender, add the cilantro, avocado, and lime. Depending on the blender, mix on low or medium.
2.
Add the oil, salt and pepper then blend.
3.
You can add this dressing to any salad and it will taste awesome!
