The Hash

This recipe is a turn on hashbrowns. It has meat, veggies, eggs, and the best flavour... so so yummy!

Ingredients

tbls oil

Potatoes

eggs

garlic heads
1/2
onion chopped
1
bell red pepper
parsley
1/2
cup cubed kubasa
1/4
cup chopped bacon
1/4
cheese
salt and pepper for taste
Directions
1.
Peel and cube the potatoes. Put in a bowl for later and pour the oil on top.
2.
In a meduim pan cook the bacon and the kubasa until cooked.
3.
In the same pan add the garlic until golden.
4.
Chop the onion and add it to the pan until golden.
5.
Add the potatoes and put on low with a lid for 10 mins.
6.
On medium to high heat add the red pepper.
7.
MIx in the meat and seasonings.
8.
Divide the potato into bowls and the cheese on top.
9.
Cook the eggs and place them ontop with the parsley.
10.
serve and enjoy!
