Sausage Egg Bake

Great recipe to make the day before the event.

Ingredients

lb bulk Italian Sausage
2
can (10-3/4 oz each) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted

eggs
3/4
cup milk
1/4
tsp pepper
1
cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

Stir in soup.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper

Stir in sausage mixture
5.
Transfer to a lightly greased 11-in x 7 in x 2-in baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes

or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
