tsp ground cumin

/4-1/2 t. ground cayenne pepper
Directions
1.
Brown the meat in large bowl until just pink, then add onion and continue to sautee for 5-7 mins until onions are transparent. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cover and continue simmering for 45 mins to 1 hour.
