Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2
chicken breasts (frozen is fine)
1
can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1
can (15 1/4 oz) corn, undrained
1
can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes, undrained
1
hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1
tsp cumin
1
tbsp chili powder
1
tsp onion powder
4
oz package of light cream cheese, cut into chunks
Directions
1.
Place chicken on the bottom of the slow cooker, then cover with the canned vegetables. Top with the seasonings and ranch mix. Stir together. Place cream cheese on top.

Cover with lid and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours
3.
Use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Stir cream cheese into chili. Cook for an additional 30 minites.
4.
Serve
