16th Hole: Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

oz can of pineapple chunks
1/2
cup sugar
3
tbsp flour
1
cup shredded cheese
1/4
cup butter
1/2
cup Ritz crackers
Directions
1.
Drain pineapple and reserve 3 tbs juice.
2.
Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved juice.
3.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
4.
Spoon mixture in greased casserole dish.
5.
Combine crackers and melted butter, add to top.
6.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
