Buffalo Chicken Bowls

Ingredients

cans of Corn
2
cans of Black Beans

ripe Avocados
1
pt cherry tomatoes (rinsed, halved)

boneless, skinless Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
1
cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
1
tbsp Minced Garlic
1 1/3
cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1
packet Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Mix

tbsp Milk
Directions
1.
Cook chicken, garlic, and hot sauce in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. When cooked, shred and set aside.
2.
In a separate small bowl, mix together hidden valley ranch packet with plain greek yogurt and milk and set in fridge.
3.
Drain and rinse corn and beans and place in a medium bowl. Rinse and halve tomatoes and add to the bowl. Lastly, dice your avocados and add them to the bowl.
4.
Asseble your bowls by adding veggie mix and topping with chicken and greek yogurt ranch.
5.
For something extra! Add your favorite lettuce mix to the bowl.
