Sugar Soy Glazed Steak

lb Skirt Steak

cups Brown Sugar (Packed)
1
cup Soy Sauce
1
Lemon (Juiced)
1
cup Fresh Cilantro (Minced)
1/2
cup Garlic (Minced)
2
tbsp Ginger (Minced)
2
tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
1.
Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes together until the mixture is well mixed like that of a molasses consistency.
2.
Marinate the skirt steak in the mixture for minimum of 3 hours in the refrigerator.
3.
When ready to eat, take the meat out of the fridge and grill to the preferred done-ness.
