Pork And Potato Stew

Pork slow cooked with herbs and spices with potatoes and carrots.

Ingredients

lb pork loin
3
cups water
4
russet potatoes
2
cups halved baby carrots
2
bay leaves
2
tbsp rosemary
2
tbsp salt
2
tbsp pepper
Directions
1.
Prepare loin by cutting into slices about 1 inch thick.
2.
Place pork slices into the crock pot and add the water.
3.
Cook pork on high for 2 hours.
4.
Slice Potatoes into thin fry like strips and half baby carrots, adding both to the crock pot.
5.
Continue to cook on high for 45 min.
6.
Removing lid from crock pot sift flour lightly in to the pot whisking it into the broth to thicken it.
