Fish Tacos

Ingredients
4-6
cod fillets, breaded
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Flour tortilla shells
Chipotle mayo
Limes, sliced into wedges
Pico de Gallo
Red cabbage, shredded
Taco rice
Guacamole
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2.
Place cod fillets onto foil-lined cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
3.
Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
4.
Bake for 13 minutes.
5.
Remove from oven and slice into strips.
6.
Serve on top of tortillas with mayo, lime juice, Pico de Gallo, cabbage, rice, and guacamole.
