Blueberry And Green Tea Fat Burn

Ingredients
3/4
cup water
2
green tea bags (brew the night before to save time in the morning)
2
cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3
ice cubes
12
oz non-fat vanilla yogurt
2
tbls. almonds (about 20)
2
tbls. flax seeds, ground
Directions
1.
Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags.
2.
Steep 4 minutes.
3.
Squeeze and remove tea bags and discard.
4.
Chill tea overnight.
5.
If using fresh blueberries, place in freezer overnight.
6.
Place tea, blueberries, ice, yogurt, almonds, and flax seed in blender.
7.
Process until smooth.
