Hot Spinach And Artichoke Dip

I got this recipe from my days as a Pampered Chef consultant. That was when I found that I loved to cook, but I hated to sell stuff. Some people have a talent for selling, but I do NOT. This is a delicious dip...if you like artichokes! For the Parmesan cheese in this recipe, do NOT use the stuff in the green can. Grate it yourself from a wedge of cheese, or at least buy the bag of pre-grated cheese.

Ingredients
1
(6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
10-12
oz frozen chopped spinach
1
clove minced garlic
1/4
cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup sour cream
1/2
cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1
red bell pepper, diced (optional garnish)
Directions
1.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2.
Coarsely chop the artichoke hearts.
3.
In a small bowl, combine chopped artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and cheese. Spoon this mixture into a 2L (small) baking dish.
4.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until GBD! Garnish with bell pepper, if desired. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
