Bill's Roasted Vegetables

garlic bulbs

baking potatoes, quartered

medium beets, peeled and halved
1/2
lb large mushrooms
1/2
lb baby carrots
1
large sweet onion, quartered
1/3
cup olive oil
2
dried basil
2
dried oregano
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
lb fresh green beans
Directions
1.
Separate garlic bulbs into cloves and peel.
2.
Toss together garlic, potatoes, beets, mushrooms, carrots, onion, olive oil, basil, oregano, and salt.
3.
Place mixture on lightly greased 15x10 jellyroll pan.
4.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, stir in green beans, bake 15 more minutes.
