Breakfast Casserole From Texas Richards Co Worker Vicki

When we lived in Texas for a Year. Vicki made this recipe for Rich when he had surgery on is shoulder. He liked it so much he wanted the Recipe and now I make it for Christmas morning at our House.

Ingredients
8
eggs
2
cups of milk
1
can cream of mushroom soup
1
lb of sausage
2
cups of grated cheese
6
oz of seasoned croutons
You can add green peppers, onions mushrooms - anything you like.
Directions
1.
You need to make it the night before serving.
2.
Cover bottom 9x11 bake pan with 6oz of seasoned croutons.
3.
Sprinkle with 1lb of well drained cooked sausage
4.
Cover with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 ups of grated cheese.
5.
Mix 8 eggs with 2 cups of milk seasoned with salt and pepper.
6.
Pour over top.
7.
Cover and refrigerate until the next morning. - Bake at 300-350 for 1 hour uncovered
